This month’s Parent Assembly gathering will feature a brief business meeting followed by a joint PA#1/IBM #26 tribute show in honor of John Schrier who passed away this summer. John had been a member of the Parent Assembly since 2022 and served most recently as Secretary of the Assembly.

The meeting will be held on the second floor of the Westway Diner (614 Ninth Avenue). There will be a short Assembly business meeting at 7:00 p.m. with the tribute to John following at 7:30 p.m. Compeers are encouraged to come early, at 6:00 p.m., to share a meal on the first floor with their fellow magic enthusiasts. Westway Diner has offered us the space free of charge for the evening so it would be a great way to say thank you and support the local business. Please note, since this is a restaurant, no outside food or drink will be allowed at the meeting or tribute.

Featured performers include Zac Adelmann (PA#1), Tommy Burnett (Ring #26), Joe Cetti (PA#1), Guy Crowl (PA#1), Jack Diamond (Ring #26), and Adrien Pierard (Ring #26). The show’s master of ceremonies will be Rob Kirkpatrick (PA#1).
